EFCC Arrests Bobrisky For Naira Abuse, Other Offences

It is officially confirmed that controversial crossdresser, Idris Okuneye, popularly known as Bobrisky, has been arrested by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).

Spokesperson of the anti-graft agency, Dele Oyewale, who spoke on the development, said Bobrisky was arrested for currency mutilation and abuse of the Naira.

Indicating that the cross-dresser was being held at the EFCC facility in Lagos, Oyewole said; “Bobrisky is with us. He was arrested last night in Lagos and is at our Lagos command.

“We arrested him for alleged abuse of Naira notes, spraying of Naira notes, and currency mutilation, among others.”

According to the anti-corruption agency Spokesman; “We are very serious about restoring the dignity of the Naira. Though our investigation is still ongoing, he will be charged to court soon”

Over the recent weeks, Bobrisky has been embroiled in several controversies and his arrest in Lagos by the anti-graft Commission took place on Wednesday night.
