Governor Ahmadu Fintir of Adamawa State, has described a member of the House of Representatives, Hon. Abdulrazak Namdas, as a political neophyte that is allowing his inordinate ambition to blind his conscience and eyes from seeing the reality of a new Adamawa state.
Governor Fintiri, who stated this through his Director-General on Media, Mr. Solomon Kumangar, specifically said that Namdas, who represents Ganye, Jada, Toungo, and Mayo Belwa in the House of Representatives, is a sinking ship and a political tenderfoot who lacked the requisite knowledge to govern a state like Adamawa.

Kumangar stated these on Sunday while responding to a press conference addressed by Namdas during which he called Governor Fintiri names over the affairs of governance in Adamawa state.
In a statement issued on Sunday night, Kumangar pointedly said; “Namdas’s vituperations are nothing but the empty ranting of a political neophyte that is excited over winning 2019 election with a slim margin, a victory he never expected.”
Kummangar specifically questioned what he described as the “irresponsible and reckless outburst from Namdas or the use of the governor’s name to remain relevant in the eyes of his party chieftains having failed as a member representing four Local Government Areas in the green chamber with little or no impact at all.
Kumangar further said; “Namdas’ inordinate ambition has blinded his conscience and eyes from seeing the reality of a new Adamawa state under Governor Fintiri.
“He is only complaining now because his camp believed that by attacking the governor, he will remain afloat in APC.
“Namdas is a sinking politician who lost out and holding everyone responsible for his self-inflicted political misfortune. As a responsible politician, he should just approach the APC primary in 2023 with decorum not throwing tantrums at the governor to gain cheap relevance,” he said.
