The African Democratic Congress (ADC) has announced the postponement of the collation of the results of its presidential primary election.

Chairman of the Presidential Primary Election Committee, Chief Ikechi Emenike, who announced the postponement on Tuesday night, explained that the decision was to allow party members who are Muslims to celebrate Eid-el-Kabir.

Emenike however, said that the collation of the remaining states would commence at about 8:00 pm on Wednesday, saying that some returning officers to some states had flights challenges to Abuja.

He further said; “We are postponing the collation to allow our brothers and sisters to celebrate Sallah and participate in the religious activity.
