The Governorship candidate of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) in Kaduna State, Hon. Isa Mohammed Ashiru has describes Governor Ademola Adeleke’s re-election as a victory for the good people of Osun who against all odds, stood firm and courageous to defend their votes.
Ashiru, who stated this while extending a congratulatory message to Governor Adeleke over his re-election, also said that the outcome of the last Saturday Osun election was a testament to the fact that Nigerians truly believe in democracy.
A statement by Abdulwaheed Olayinka Adubi, spokesperson to the ADC Governorship candidate, further stated that the outcome of the Osun election clearly demonstrated that Nigerians have rejected the ruling All progressives Congress (APC) in the country.
While saluting the opposition leaders for their resolve to work together in the state, Ashiru commended the good people of Osun for defending their mandates.
He called on Nigerians to repeat same in the scheduled 2027 general elections by making ADC their choice party across the country.
In the words of Ashiru; “Adeleke earned a renewed mandate through his commitment to the people, compassion for their needs, and the strength of his work and achievements in Osun”.
He wished Governor Adeleke continued success as he strives to serve the good people of Osun state better.
