BY VICTOR OSOWOCHI, ABUJA – Determined to continuously enhance the mobility and combat efficiency of its personnel in mission areas, the Nigerian Army has procured and commissioned 55 Buffalo 4-Wheel vehicles as a huge boost for an improved armoury.
