Drones For Military: Nigerian Army Applauds Gov. Fintiri

BY AUSTIN AJAYI, YOLA – The acting General Officer Commanding (GOC), 3 Division, Brigadier-General BA Mohammed has applauded Governor Ahamdu Umaru Finitiri for acquiring a high grade military drone to support the Nigerian Army in its quest to rid the state of terrorists, kidnappers and bandits.

Bigadier-General Muhammad, who led a high powered delegation on a thank you visit to Fintiri at the Government House, Yola, said governor’s untiring support to the Army and its sister agencies in its fight against crime and criminality is worthy of emulation.

He also commended Governor Fintiri for providing operational vehicles and special intervention for the Nigerian Army which he said are being used to stem the activities of criminals in the state.
Muhammad assured the Governor of the Nigerian Army’s resolve in making the state crime free.
Responding, Governor Fintiri said that the security of lives and properties of the citizens remains his number one priority and as such he would not relent in supporting security agencies.
The Governor said that the acquisition of the high grade military drone by his administration is to assist the military in getting rid of bandits and kidnappers in the state and further assured of his administration’s continued support to the Nigerian Army and other security agencies.
