Eid-ed-Kabir: Minister of Power Promises Adequate Electricity Supply to Nigerians Soon

BY AMEH IDUJAGI, JALINGO – The Minister of Power, Alhaji Sale Mammam, has assured of improved electricity supply to all Nigerians.

Mamman, who gave the assurance while speaking to journalists during Eid-el-kabir celebration in Jalingo, said that those communities that were under served with electricity would enjoy adequate supply soonest.

He also assured communities not connected to the national grid that alternative sources of power generation would be provided for them.

The minister urged Nigerians to embrace peace saying that only peaceful coexistence would bring development.

Mamman also called on agitators to embrace peace and contribute to the ‘one Nigeria’s project’.

He mister aid; “We do not have another country of our own and we must join hands together to build the Nigeria of our dream”.

Mamman also called on Nigerians to be their brothers’ keeper, adding that Nigeria would be doomed without unity of purpose.
