Gov. Ganduje Swears-in Justice Aboki As Ag. Chief Judge Of Kano State

Kano State Governor, Abdullahi Umar Ganduje has approved the appointment of Justice Dije Abdu Aboki as the Acting Chief Judge of the State.

Her appointment as Acting Chief Judge of the State takes immediate effect.

This appointment and swearing-in of Justice Aboki followed the retirement of the former Chief Justice of the State, Justice Nura Sagir.

Justice Aboki, who has been a Judge of the State High Court 2006, is a 1983 graduate of Law from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and was called to the bar in 1984.

Aboki began her legal career as a State Counsel in 1985 under the Kano State Ministry of Justice and was later appointed as a Magistrate.

Justice Aboki, who was appointed a Judge of the High Court of Kano State in 2006 is a member of various professional bodies and has held various positions in the judiciary.
