Governor Alia Celebrates Senator Akume At 71

Governor Hyacinth Alia has extended good wishes to Senator George Akume, Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), on the occasion of his 71-birthday anniversary.
The Governor on behalf of the Government and good people of Benue State, expressed gratitude to God for keeping the former Governor of Benue State to witness another birthday in good health, sound mind and excellent spirit.
Alia described the former minister as a beneficiary of the immense grace of God, judging from the great achievements God has helped him to attain in politics and public service.
He particularly appreciated the former senator who represented Benue North West senatorial district for his legacies in the State and country, both as a Governor, Senator, Minister and now the SGF.
Governor Alia prayed to God to grant Senator Akume long life, good health and accelerated divine fulfillment of his wishes, as he continue to offer quality service to our dear nation.
