The 2023 Governorship candidate of Action Alliance (AA) for Kaduna State, Hon. Timothy Adamu has assured the people of all-inclusive governance if voted into office in 2023.

Adamu specifically said his administration would consist of 50 percent youth, and 35 percent women with the remaining 15 percent for other segments of the state, assuring that the people would always come first in every policy direction and decision that he would take.

He also said that unlike other leaders that turned themselves into rulers and were more interested in the unhealthy ‘winner takes all’ policy, his administration shall ensure that all INEC recognised political parties, gender, ethnic and religious diversity are respected and accommodated in the administration he plans to form when voted into office.

Hon Adamu also expressed his belief in a deliberate and conscious succession plan thus, would ensure that he grooms the younger generation in managerial skills and human resource management.

The former banker, who is multi-talented, also said that his administration shall work hard to unify the people of the state by taking it to the past good old days in which religion was never an issue as the people see themselves as one and the same people.

On security, Adamu assured that it would be tackled headlong without politicizing it, stressing that Kaduna State has suffered enough in the hands of terrorists and bandits that have denied the people the desired and needed peace and tranquility.

In his words; “It is sad and painful to see that our people can no longer pursue their daily source of livelihood owing to insecurity. Our people can no longer travel freely and worse of all even sleep with their eyes closed. More disturbing, commerce has been affected negatively thereby affecting the income of the people.

“I have consistently said that leaders must not divide the people through their actions and inaction. Every citizen of the state is important and should be so treated. More importantly, leaders must not bring politics into security matters. Once you do that, it does not take time for it to get out of control like we are experiencing presently.

“I believe in the future of our state and this country. I don’t have any other state and country to call my own. If other people try to deceive the people, I cannot dare it because Kaduna State is where I belong and all I have thus, the people remain so dear to my heart.

“That is why my primary goal is to ensure an all-inclusive administration thereby wipe away discrimination of any kind from the State,” he assured.
