The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in Kaduna State has announced the postponement of further collation of governorship election results following destruction of election materials in Kudan Local Government Area by suspected political thugs of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Kudan Local Government is where the PDP candidate, Hon. Isa Ashiru hails from and it is one of his strongest support base.
However, before the suspension of the collation of results, the election body had already collated results in 22 of the 23 Locl Government Areas of the state.
