Lady 30, In Court For Grabbing Man’s 3rd Leg After Sneaking Into His Room
A seemingly s-x starved 30-year lady, living at Ajoke Street, Okota area of Lagos, by the name Adaobi Ibeakolam, has landed herself into trouble for her inability to control her emotional affection for a neighbour.
Adaobi is being accused of allegedly sneaking into her male neighbour’s apartment and brazenly going straight for his 3rd leg and holding tight to it with the intention to seduce him.
The unsuspecting neighbour, Tochuckwu Udeagbuna quickly raised an alarm for help which attracted other neighbours that rushed to his apartment for a rescue mission.
After the intervention of the neighbours, the visibly surprised Adaobi over the reaction of Tochukwu was not allowed to leave the premises.
The matter was accordingly reported to the Ago Police Division which sent its personnel to fetch Adaobi, who was subsequently detained at the station for interrogation over her alleged conduct.
Adaobi is being charged before the Isolo Magistrate Court for offences covered under the Criminal Laws of Lagos State specifically for attempted forceful seduction, assault and conduct likely to cause a breach of public peace.
The police First Information Report (FIR) stated that the suspect (Adaobi), allegedly entered the complainant’s (Tochukwu) apartment, tore his shorts and grabbed his dick, adding that while the victim, who is the complainant in the case was struggling with her, the flower vase kept in the house got broken thus had to raise alarm for his rescue which attracted other neighbours.
The Police said that their findings indicated that Adaobi is culpable over her attempted forceful entering of the complainant’s apartment and holding his private part.
Adaobi however, pleaded not guilty to the charges before the presiding Magistrate, Mrs. O.A. Okokhia.
The prosecutor, Mr Oje Uagbale, then asked the Court to give a short adjournment for the hearing since she pleaded not guilty to enable the Police to prove that she committed the alleged offence.
The Court granted Adaobi bail in the sum of N50,000 with one surety in like sum while the matter was adjourned till May 30, 2023, for mention.
The suspect, Adaobi was however remanded in custody at the Correctional Centre, Kirikiri town, Lagos, pending when she will perfect her bail conditions.
