Murder Of An Israeli: UAE Sentences Three Terrorists To Death

The United Arab Emirates (UAE), has sentenced three terrorists convicted of kidnapping and murdering an Israeli, Rabbi Zvi Kogan, to death.

As news of the sentencing spread, many took to social media to express their relief and gratitude, just as the verdict was applauded by many, with some hailing it as a victory for justice, saying; “Justice has been served,” while another praised the UAE’s “brave stance against terrorism.”

It was a case that sparked widespread condemnation and called for greater action against radicalism in the country.

Rabbi Kogan, a 28-year-old Israeli-Moldovan citizen, was abducted and killed in the UAE in November 2024.

Investigation into the case revealed that the perpetrators of the crime acted on orders from Iran, thereby highlighting the country’s involvement in terrorist activities.

This was as the Israeli Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu vowed that none of the murderers of Rabbi Zvi Kogan will escape punishment and stressed the need for accountability.

The United Arab Emirate’s zero-tolerance approach to radicalism has been commended, with many calling on other countries to follow suit.

The case has also underscored the importance of international cooperation in combating terrorism.

Rabbi Kogan’s family and community have also expressed appreciation for the UAE’s efforts to bring the perpetrators to justice.

Rabbi’s father, Alexander Kogan, specifically thanked the UAE authorities for their “swift and decisive action” in apprehending the suspects.

The case has sent a strong message that terrorism will not be tolerated, and that those responsible will be held accountable.
