Former finalist of Big Brother Naija, Miss Mercy Eke, has declared that one of her greatest regrets was her participation in the reality show.
She said the fame she achieved with the Big Brother Naija has seriously affected her ability to find a partner to settle with for marriage.
Mercy, who expressed serious regret for her participation in the reality show, pointedly said that the fame has negatively affected her marriage prospects.
Mercy, who stated these in an emotional interview with Toke Makinwa, noted that it has been difficult finding a man willing to marry her.
The former winner of Big Brother Naija referenced financial imbalance as a recurring issue despite her desire to build a stable future.
In the words of Mercy Eke; “I regret going to Big Brother even though I love the benefits that come from it. I dey fall in love like mumu, now I said to myself that I want to marry, I want to marry, but it’s not easy.
“I have dated guys that I have given a lot of money to, not one not two, because they don’t have,” she enthused.
