NDDC Director of Finance And Admin, Dies in Controversial Circumstance

The controversy surrounding the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) over allegation of Budget padding and Forensic audit at the commission has taken a different dimension.

This followed the controversial way in which the Commission’s Acting Executive Director of Finance and Administration, Chief Ibanga Bassey was believed to have suddenly died.

This is as it was gathered from sources, that Bassey’s death is being suspected to be laden with some foul play allegedly through food poisoning.

Forefront News gathered that in order not to leave anything to chance, his body has been taken to the Braithwaite Memorial Hospital, Port Harcourt for an autopsy that may unravel the real cause of his death.
