In a release signed by the body’s convener, Pratt Tersoo, the non-governmental outfit also commends the governor for “the courage and presence of mind which have made him to shun opposition and stick to the imperative of delivering on democracy dividends and adding value to the aspirations of the Plateau people”.

“This sincerity of purpose and commitment to good governance have paid off tremendously in terms of the verifiable return and reign of peace in the state”, the release noted.

The NGO is particularly delightful of Governor Lalong’s recent declaration of his administration’s readiness “to complete unfinished roads work that abound in Jos South LGA, home base of his immediate predecessor”.

“We urge him to continue with this exemplary model”, hoping that in the days ahead, he will “do more, deliver more, and improve the profile of Plateau in national reckoning”.
