Orugbani, who said the letter is an addendum to the endorsement letter earlier presented to Niger Delta Reporter Newspaper to host the Niger Delta Carnival in Yenagoa during the yuletide season, added that the letter authorizes the team to seek and scout for financiers and sponsors for the events.

Earlier, the publisher of Niger Delta Reporters Newspaper, Hon. Idowu said that the event would equally attract notable Nigerians, Captains of industries, and corporate entities public and private partners to the state creating room for a budding economy during the programme.

He also said that the carnival would serve as an avenue for indigenous investors to meet their intercontinental counterparts and benefit from their expertise.

Idowu expressed gratitude to the Government of Bayelsa State, under the leadership of Senator Douye Diri for entrusting Niger Delta Newspaper with the Authority to host the Niger Delta Carnival in Bayelsa State.
