Nigerians Must Reject APC, Tinubu In 2027 – Kwankwaso
Former Governor of Kano State and Presidential Candidate of the New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP) in the 2023 general elections, Senator Rabiu Kwankwaso, says the All Progressives Congress (APC) is an ill-wind that blows Nigerians no good.
Consequently, he said Nigerians must be ready to react against bad governance and current hardship nationwide by completely rejecting the APC come 2027 elections.
He said with the situation of things in the country, citizens cannot afford the luxur to remain docile and not push for positive change in 2027.
Senator Kwankwaso, who stated that people are generally tired and unhappy with the bad governance being offered by the APC, said, “Nigerians, more specifically northerners, have suffered enough and no amount of pressure or intimidation will change their minds.
“Nigerians should rethink over the current dispensation, it has now become clear that the APC-led government is clearly against the poor masses and will never change.”
Speaking while welcoming decamping members of APC into the NNPP’s fold in Kano state, the Leader of popular Kwankwasiyya Movement said; “It is now clear that regardless of their beliefs and plans to use the security agents and INEC in the forthcoming elections, it will not be possible as Nigerians are tired and will surely struggle for change”.
Kwankwaso, who described the occasion as historic, stated that the number of those joining the NNPP from the wards of Dala, Kiru, Gwale and Dawakintofa local governments, indicate that the APC structure is completely crumbled in the affected places.
He said it is regrettable that the APC, which was formed to salvage the poor masses from hardship, has now turned against them with insecurity and poverty eating deep into the fabric of Nigeria.
For the NNPP Presidential flag-bearer the only way to demonstrate that “Nigerians are tired” of the mediocre performance of APC is having the party rejected at the 2027 polls.
