People Ascribing Different Ages On Tinubu To De-market Him – LOBITO 4 ASIWAJU Laments
…Says, BAT is alert, healthy and strong to lead
BY ADEYEMI AKANJI, BAUCHI – One of the support groups for the 2023 presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Ahmed Tinubu on the aegis of ‘LOBITO 4 ASIWAJU’, has lamented the attempt by some people to ascribe different ages for Tinubu just to smear his political influence.
Coordinator of LOBITO 4 Asiwaju, Habu Mamman, who made the lamentation while speaking with Journalists during the inauguration of the group in Bauchi, said the APC presidential candidate is strong enough to lead the country and bring out needed development through his protégés who are spread across the country.
Mamman also said that Tinubu has more capacity than most people thus, appealed to those that do not know him well to stop de-marketing because of his age, adding that the President of the United States is 74 years old and ruling well.
He further said; “Bola Tinubu now has multiple ages. While some people say he is 80, 90, others say he is more than that. What does age got to do with mental alertness and stability to lead? Our candidate is healthy and strong enough to lead this country”.
Mamman assured that the LOBITO 4 ASIWAJU would work hard to disabuse the minds of many Bauchi electorate on the party’s Muslim-Muslim ticket of Tinubu and Kashim Shettima, stressing that what is required is the capacity and ability to administer governance.
Mamman alleged that President Muhammadu Buhari emerged from the LOBITO group, adding that it has also endorsed Bola Tinubu to lead the country after Buhari in 2023.
He believes that Tinubu is more qualified than any other candidate saying, “We are going to sell him (Tinubu) to the rural dwellers through our LOBITO group that Maigaskiya (Buhari) emerged from here and this is a continuation of our struggle”.
“We don’t have fear because among the present crops of politicians in the country, it is only Bola Tinubu, who has stooges all over. They are working for him because they want to pay him back for the good he has done for them in life”.
“The LOBITO movement is an offshoot of the former movement which will eventually lead to victory for Bola Tinubu in the 2023 General elections. The members are spread across the country and will work assiduously for his victory,” he said.
The LOBITO Group 4 Asiwaju was inaugurated in Bauchi with assurance that members will engage in door-to-door campaign at the grassroots to drum up support for the APC presidential candidate.
