The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPC Ltd), on Saturday, July 27, 2024 said that it is working round the clock to address the tightness in supply and distribution of fuel in the Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) and Lagos that resulted in resurgence of queues.
The NNPC Ltd in a statement by Mr Olufemi Sonoye, Chief Corporate Communications Officer, explained that the development was as a result of a hitch in the discharge operations of a couple of vessels.
Sonoye assured members of the public that the company is working round the clock with all stakeholders to resolve the situation and restore normalcy in the operations in the shortest time possible.

NNPC Ltd Speaks on Fuel Supply Situation*
The NNPC Ltd wishes to state that the tightness in fuel supply and distribution witnessed in some parts of Lagos and the FCT is as a result of a hitch in the discharge operations of a couple of vessels.
The Company further states that it is working round the clock with all stakeholders to resolve the situation and restore normalcy in the operations.
