BY SEGUN ADEBAYO – Popular Yoruba activist, Chief Sunday Adeyemo, popularly known Sunday Igboho, has described the Special Adviser on Political Matters to President Muhammadu Buhari, Mr Babafemi Ojudu as a liar whose head needs to be critically examined.
This is as Chief Sunday Ighoho denied ever having any transaction with Mr. Ojudu, adding that the tissues of lies the presidential aide churned out did not add up in any way.
Ojudu had in an article published on Monday on his Facebook page, alleged that while he was in the opposition ACN, he assisted Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu to make contact with Chief Sunday Igboho during the 2009 rerun Governorship Election in Ekiti State.
Ojudu pointedly said that he and Asiwaju Tinubu, met with Igboho at a private hotel in Ibadan and agreed with the activist to stay off Ekiti election.
But Chief Sunday Ighoho while speaking with journalists at his residence in Ibadan on Tuesday following a fire incident at one his properties situated at the Soka area of the state, said he had no dealing with Ojudu, stressing that all the President’s aide said were tissues of lies.
According to Ighoho; “I have been hearing reports about a man called Femi Ojudu. I don’t know this man.
“The Ojudu of a man said that the late Chief Lamidi Adedibu contracted me in 2009 and we all know that Adedibu died in 2008.
“I think the man should undergo a mental test because the late Chief Adedibu did not train me for any job and I was not close to the late Adedibu.
“I have a relationship with my father, Senator Rasheed Ladoja, and I have never betrayed him in the years I was his followers.
“I don’t know Femi Ojodu and I didn’t have any business with him. All what he said are lies,” Ighoho said.
