The CBN Naira Redesign Policy, Exposing Enemies of the State

“Somebody who has contested and contested and contested but got defeated each time he participated, and who through the help of alliances Politicians won and got elected for another four-year term. And at the time he is leaving office, he now turns to destroy the very Political Party that brought him to Power.
“What kind of a person is this, and what is he trying to achieve by this CBN Naira Redesign Policy? Why hasn’t he implemented this project throughout the seven and a half years he was in office? The Agenda for an Interim Government similar to that of Ernest Shonekan is the Plan, but to which Veteran Politician is the Government going to be handed over to?” – (Dr. Abdullāhi Umar Gandūje, Express Radio, Kano – February 17th, 2023)
These were the very highly costly and most expensive hurting words of insinuations which were arrowed by a person who often says and believes that General Muhammadu Buhāri is a “Political Prophet” whom the Almighty Allāh has Sent to Nigeria.
For sure, the Khādimul-Islām has messed it up by uttering negative comments on President Buhāri’s Naira Redesign Policy, a position he and his colleagues have taken which compelled Nigerians to ask Gov. Gandūje and his likes the most simple and reasonable question, that; “Can a ‘Prophet’ even if a political one whose office and official function and assignment is always a super job guided and guarded to remain ‘Infallible’ ever commit a ‘Sinful Folly’ that is tantamount to generate an impatient U-turn against his own people”?
No doubt, Gandūje’s wording was a “Direct and Open” attack on President Muhammadu Buhāri without any Secondly Interpretation of his statement.
In Nigeria of today, if one “Swears in God’s Name” not to ever dare talk over contemporary “Politics and the Politicians” who are the very players of the powerful soccer, for sure one will definitely end up “Atoning for his Oath” and must be obliged to paying the “Expiation Debt” no matter the Stoicism applied for self restrain. That’s the truth about it all because there is no way that as a sane, rational, and reasonable person, one can contain the craziness and horrible misdeeds of many of those politicians in the game. That’s an undeniable feat of fact that everyone lives within.
I personally find it difficult to escape or perhaps eschew listening to “Public Opinion” on “Hot National Issues”, especially with the locals whom one is often compelled to interact with directly or indirectly whenever the sun rises. And perhaps by the atmospheric circumstances that warrant such social interactions, the earnest urge to sample their opinions as they ought to be listened to becomes an inevitable duty upon any Meaningfully Minded Nigerian.
It was along that line of thinking that the popular “Tēburin Mai-Shāyi” features lots of such Public Opinions affecting Nigerians on Diverse National Issues one of which is the Ongoing “CBN Naira Redesign Policy” in its fullest implementation gear.
Yes, both the “Friends and Enemies” of the State never disagree on the reality, viability, and even sincerity of the policy in question. However, those who owned Skeletons in their Cupboards feel the Heavy Weight of the Federal Government as endorsed by President Muhammadu Buhāri and have thus been devising the necessary ways to “Counter” the whole idea because of the “Bad Results” they will definitely receive as their “Personal Scores” at the end of the exercise. And the fear lingering on their mind is in two folds; one losing their “ill-gotten money” and two, losing their “Purchased Political Influence” both of which are sure to shrink for good as their ambitious electioneering D-Day draws closer and Nearer. And for sure many will not only lose the Election, but they may also perhaps face the Pangs of the Law afterward as their secrets become inevitably known to the World.
And it’s on record that whenever one hears Kaduna State’s “Nāsiru El-Rufā’i” complaining about anything or murmuring about something, definitely he has been touched where he is “Surely Wrong”. And same is the story with “Abdullāhi Umar Gandūje”, the Dollar-Gate State Executive of Kano State who at the very time when President Muhammadu Buhāri refused to interfere in the arguable, inconclusive and the twaddled somewhat twisted 2019 Election against “Abba Gida-Gida’s Victory” visited the Aso Rock to kiss the President’s Feet for his valued demeanour in keeping aloof off the Dirty Game played on the “Kwankwasiyyäh Movement” which was supervised by “Tinubu, El-Rufā’i, Oshimhole” and many APC Elders, all of whom landed in Kano, sleeping for Three Nights, spending days almost closer to a week to oversee every inch of the prevailing political move until they fully “Install Gandūje” for another tenure.
On the other tail end of the Emefeile-CBN Money Polity is Kõgi’s “Yahaya Bello” standing erect, a small and carelessly fearless Governor who has once even ignorantly defied Globally Agreed Policies over the COVID-19 Pandemic, refusing to accept, observe and apply WHO’s Protocols. Bello’s “Financial Fraud” Record is as “Crystal Clear” as the Shinning Sun in June and July but yet decides to join the Fighters of Buhāri.
Nāsiru El-Rufā’i and Yahaya Bello represented Gandūje, including the “Cool Blooded Badaru” of Jigāwa State and the rest of all the “Self Appointed Northern Elites and Elders” (Dattījan Arēwa) for a “Supreme Court Order” against President Buhāri and the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) to halt further actualization of the Money Policy, claiming that they are fighting on behalf of their People, that very “Poor-Common-Man” sweating on the street for his Daily Bread.
However, many Nigerians have debunked this Political Lies as “Fake News” from the “Dwarfed Qudāru” (the Nabaetian Archer who slew Prophet Sāleh’s Camel), a nickname given to Gov. El-Rufā’i by the “Northern Almājiri” (Almājiran Arēwa) for his Staunch fights against “Truth and Social Justice”.
Indeed, El-Rufā’i’s “State Speech” immediately following President Buhāri’s National Address was nothing but a well-calculated positive move to “Disgrace” the Commander-in-Chief which however turned out to negatively expose “Enemies of Nigeria”.
“Engr. Būba Galadīma” despite his mysterious detachment from many years of Diehard Loyalty to the “Buhārism Movement”, yet couldn’t help but voiced the truth over a sitting Northern Governor who stashed “N22 Billion Cash” of the Old Naira Bank Notes somewhere in his mansion. Engr. Galadīma goes on to accord Clear-Clues of the Governor’s “Identification Card” whose Holder’s Photo can easily be pictured out in the minds of many Nigerians despite all the Jūju applied for concealment.
The State Governors challenging Buhāri’s “Executive Powers” by defying CBN’s Protocols because of the Financial Atrocities they committed against their own people are carelessly and uselessly powerless and because of that, they tried using the “Rotten Part of the country’s Judiciary” to halt Buhāri’s seemingly Pious Intention.
Hon. Gudāji Kazaure’s “Vault Voice” has dwindled over the last couple of days on his “Anti-Emeifele Campaign”, perhaps the “Diehard Buhārist” has had an audience with the President who must have briefed him on the realities of matters as they keep unfolding. And no doubt despite the Corruption Libel against him, the CBN Governor’s move has the President’s support being constitutionally backed by the Acts of the Nation’s Monetary and Financial Regulations which no Court of Justice in the country could rule against.
LET BUHĀRI RETAIN POWER (KAWAI BUHĀRI YAYI TAZARCE)
The talk of the Town on the “Tēburin Mai-Shāyi” across Northern Nigeria today as the Economy seems to be going “Cashless” with no Money in People’s hands, and as “Some State Governors” and their Backers started losing their “Politically Senseless Sense” of Direction, People are beginning to understand who Muhammadu Buhāri is at the dying minutes, and what he is actually up to in his intention to fight Corruption with all the means available at his Executive Disposal.
Indeed the Truth about Buhāri’s ideological stand of “Belonging to Everybody, and belonging to Nobody” is beginning to manifest.
Without mincing words, Buhāri has been a somewhat “Novice Intelligence Officer” whose Amateur Career has graciously given him a “Documented Dossier” of every single Public Office Holder that has become a Millionaire or Billionaire through “Corporate Corruption” touching State Funds.
Dating back to 1985, “Ambassador Rāfin-Dāďi”, the then “National Security Organisation” (NSO) Boss had compiled for the “Buhāri/Idiagbon” Administration, Composite Report on all those whom the Federal Government was suspicious about, especially those who have enriched themselves with illegitimate money of the State.
As the Game started with the late “Alh. Umaru Dikko”, President Shāgāri’s Transport Minister who was one of the most Influential and Powerful Members of the NPN Government. Umaru Dikko almost owns Nigeria as of then, as he and his Co-Ministers continue to Drain the State Treasury to the Point of emptying the Central Bank. In fact, despite the “Political Piety” of yesterday’s Politicians in comparison to those running around today who are “Morally Decadent” in their Allegiance to the Federal Republic of Nigeria and its People, Dikko’s Generation were tagged as the most Corrupt Democratic Society amongst Community of Nations.
General Muhammadu Buhāri, as the “Sixth” Democratically Elected President of Nigeria since Independence from the British Colonial Masters, having survived all the attempts on his “Lively Life” because of the Fear in the Hearts of those who went after him trying to escape the presently availing circumstance of the “Naira Redesign Policy” which they seemed to have Foresaw in Buhāri’s Body Language long before the policy was passed into Law, Nigerians believe that the time has come when the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria itself has to be “Redesigned” by making the necessary Amendments for an “Urgently Special National Policy” (USNP) to allow President Muhammadu Buhāri to Clean Up the Security, Financial and Moral Mess Ups Nigerian Politicians have made since General Sāni Abacha became late as Public Opinion kept Trending from beneath “Tēburin Mai-Shāyi”.
We have heard many Tea Sippers and Bread Munchers saying, on top of their voices; “Lallai Dõle Shūgaba Buhāri Ya Cigaba da Rike Kasar har Sai Kõmai Ya Daidaita domin waďanda suka yiwa Nijēriya da Yan Nijēriya Illä suke Haddasa Kashe-Kashe da Rashin Tsaro, sune dai suke Son su Dāwo su Cigaba da Mulkin Kasar wadda in har Buhāri Ya Yarda Ya Mika Musu Kasar, to ko Shi Buhāri shi Ya Ci Amānar Yan Nijēriya, ba su waďancan Miyāgun Yan Siyāsäh ba”.
“It has become necessary that President Buhāri must continue to hold the Country together until everything is brought to order because those politicians fighting to take over were the same people who have destroyed the country and its people.
“They are thus planning a Come Back, and President Buhāri dares handing over to them to continue with all the Insecurity and Insurgencies and Corruption and Economic hardships they have caused Nigerians, for sure Buhāri will be held responsible for aiding the Enemies of the State”.
The Hurting discussion of those Poor Nigerians sitting under Fire in the Severest Cool of the February Winter as they Warmth themselves from Mai-Shāyi’s Flames as his Tea-Pot continues burning, “Harmattanic Ideas” which seem like “Crazy Illusions” continue to flow from their lips.

“None of all the Top Presidential Candidates that have declared their interest in ruling us is of any meaningful importance to us.
“Atīku was the same Atīku everyone knows from his record, equally Tinubu is the same Tinubu we all knew from his Past. Likewise, nobody ever forgot the atrocities of Peter Obi. And their Running Mates were People whom all have attested and testified of being useless Persons”.
“Perhaps Kwankwaso could do a bit better, but who are those willing to Support and Stand with him to become something in Nigeria?”
This is Nigeria, a country wishing to have “Good Leaders” but not yet willing to produce for itself the “Right People” to Lead them.
Then who can “Decide the Destiny” of this somehow Forsaken People of Nigeria with “Corrupt Candidates” emerging again, Fighting Fiercely to take over from a “Political Prophet”?
