Tinubu Appoints ACM Mohammed As New Corps Marshall For FRSC

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has approved the appointment of a new Corps Marshal for the Federal Road Safety Commission (FRSC).

He is Shehu Mohammed, who replaced Dauda Ali Biu, who was appointed by former President Muhammadu Buhari in July 2022.

The appointment was contained in a statement on Wednesday, May 22, 2024 by Segun Imohiosen, Director of Information and Public Relations in the Presidential Villa, disclosed this on Wednesday.

Until his appointment, Mohammed was the Assistant Corps Marshal of the Commission.

The appointment which took effect from May 20, 2024, is for an initial period of four years.

President Tinubu tasked the new Corps Marshal of the FRSC to tap from his wealth of experience in his new assignment.
