BY TEMI OHAKWE, ABUJA – The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) says it has now commenced in earnest registration of candidates for the 2021 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and Direct Entry into tertiary institutions across the country.
The Board had on Thursday, April 8, 2021 announced that it was putting on hold the registration due to some technical issues with the exercise.
JAMB’s Head of Media and Protocol, Fabian Benjamin, said in a statement on Saturday that registration for the exam is now in full swing with all the issues fully resolved.
“It was only put on hold to resolve the technical hitches. Registration is now in full swing,” the JAMB spokesman explained.
According to him, some candidates have so far successfully registered for this year’s examinations.
