2023 Poll: Tinubu Leads Atiku, Obi In 12 Ekiti LGs

BY SEGUN ADEBAYO – The All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu is currently leading his closest rivals, Atiku Abubakar and Peter Obi in 12 out of 16 Local Government Areas (LGAs) in Ekiti State.

So far, the APC flag bearer has garnered a total of 134,503 votes from the 12 LGAs of the state followed by Atiku of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) with 61,414 votes while Obi of the Labour Party recorded 5,454 votes.

The former Lagos State Governor won in all of the 12 local governments announced at the State Collation Centre in Ado-Ekiti as at 7 a.m on Sunday.
