President Tinubu Appoints Akume SGF, Gbajabiamila COS, Hadejia DCOS

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on Friday in Abuja announced the appointment of former Governor of Benue State and immediate past Minister of Special Duties, Senator George Akume as the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF).

Also appointed was the Speaker of House of Representatives, Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila as Chief of Staff, and former deputy governor of Jigawa State, Senator Ibrahim Hassan Hadejia, as Deputy Chief of Staff.

In a terse press statement by the Director of Information in the presidency, Mr. Biodun Oladunjoye said that President Tinubu made the announcement at a meeting with Progressives Governors Forum (PGF).
