Activist and legal practitioner, Deji Adeyanju has appealed to the leadership of the opposition political Coalition to allow him tackle Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike frontally and in a way that he will silence him.

Adeyanju, who made the appeal against the backdrop of the recent attacks by Wike on some key leaders of the Coalition-ADC, noted that the leaders who were at one point or the other mentors to Wike, should just leave the former governor of Rivers State and focus on the broader 2027 agenda.

In a post shared on his X handle, Adeyanju dismissed Wike and the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), branding them as totally irrelevant, stressing that the pain of Wike stems from the fact he can no longer use the PDP to negotiate in 2027, knowing fully well that he does not have a control of the All Progressives Congress (APC), he has been working for. In the words of Adeyanju; “Coalition people should leave Wike and his dead PDP for me. Amaechi is too big to respond to Wike. Please, leave him for me. They should face other important and relevant issues”.
