APC NEC Dissolves Its Wards, LGA, States And National Structures

BY VICTOR BUORO, ABUJA – The National Executive Committee (NEC) of the All Progressives Congress (APC) on Tuesday dissolved all of its structures at the States, Zonal, and national body of the part.

This is as the APC NEC announced the extension of the tenure of Governor Mai Buni-led National Caretaker Extraordinary Convention Planning Committee by six months.

These decisions were arrived at a meeting of the ruling Party’s NEC attended by President Muhammadu Buhari Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, and other party chieftains.

Governor Nasir El-Rufai, who briefed State House correspondents at the end of the meeting, said that the APC NEC also approved the expulsion of former National Vice Chairman, South-south, Ntufam Hilliard Eta, for his failure to withdraw the court case he instituted against the Buni-led Caretaker Committee.
