APC Women Leader Confesses, Says, “I’m An Informant To Bandits”
Aisha Abubakar, a women leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Katsina State, has confessed to being a major informant to bandits that led to several kidnappings of persons across the North West State.
Unfortunately, Aisha was usually paid paltry amount for her role in giving useful information to the bandits that aided their smooth operations in carrying out their kidnapping activities in parts of the State.
Aisha, in a viral video, said she received only N5000 from the N9 million and a motorcycle paid as a ransom to bandits terrorising communities in the State.
She specifically confessed in the video that she organised the kidnap of five members of the family of the APC Ward Chairman of Tsaiyaya and was paid the agreed N5000.
In the interrogatory trending video, Aisha also revealed how she gave useful information that led to the kidnap of one Alhaji Sanusi, who is the APC Ward Chairman of Tsaiyaya, Matazu Local Government Area, his two wives and three children.
Aisha equally confessed to have participated in cattle rustling operation which fetched her N20,000 as reward.
She said; “I was also a key informant in the successful cattle rustling in Tsaiyaya some time ago and I got N20,000 from that operation.
“I was approached by one Zainab, now at large, to provide information on Alhaji Sanusi and the Chairman’s family to enable a successfully kidnap operation and I did.
“After the ransom, including N9 million and a motorcycle were paid and I was given N5000 as my share leaving a balance of N15,000 to be paid after I returned from a wedding ceremony in Zaria”.
Aisha further revealed other key actors in the act of giving information to the bandits within Tsaiyaya community to include, Yahaya, Audu na Bani and the children of Bashar.
