Banditry: Tinubu Donates N50m To IDPs In Niger
BY SEGUN ADEBAYO – The National Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu has donated N50 million to Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) in Niger State.
He made the donation on Thursday during a visit to Governor Abubakar Sani-Bello at the Government House in Minna, to condole with him over the spate of killings by bandits in Niger State.
The former Lagos State governor said the gesture was to help alleviate the suffering of people who have been affected by the repeated banditry attacks in the State.
The APC chieftain, who has openly declared his interest in the 2023 presidency, stated that the current government was doing its best in fighting banditry, adding that the incoming government would not only eliminate the bandits and terrorists but completely put an end to their deadly activities.
