BY CHINYERE OBIORA, LAGOS – The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Presidential candidate, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar says the Party is set to end bad governance in Lagos state with its planned take-over of the government in the Centre of Excellence come 2023.
