BREAKING NEWS: Mikyali, Another Kajuru Village, Now Under Attack

BY SIMON REEF MUSA, ABUJA – Information reaching Forefront has shown that Mikyali, a village in Kajuru Local Government Area is currently enmeshed in fierce fighting between Adara natives and bandits.  Though this current attack is yet to be confirmed by any security source, tension is said to be building among restive youths in the area since Monday night attack on Gonar Rogo

Mikyali, a  village located along the Kachia-Kaduna road,  is near Gonar Rogo village where no fewer than 17 persons were hacked to death on Monday. Motorists plying the road this morning, according to a source, are either returning back to Kachia or Kaduna for safety.

Contacted on phone, President of the Adara Development Association, Mr. Dio Maisamari, told our correspondent that he has received distress calls from locales that the village is currently under attack.

According to another source, “the mindless killings of 17 persons in Gonar Gora on Monday night has sparked tension. As I speak with you now, people are scampering for safety. However, there is a military checkpoint near the village that is expected to arrive the scene to take charge.
