Former Reps Speaker, Ghali Na’Abba Dies In Abuja
The 8th Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Umar Ghali Na’Abba is dead.
Born on September 27, 1958, Na’Abba, who was Known for his principle stand on issues of national interest, died in the early hours of Wednesday, December 27, 2023.
The late Ghali Na’Abba became the Speaker of the House of Representatives in 2000 after the forced resignation of Salisu Buhari over controversies regarding his Toronto certificate. The late Na’Abba represented Kano Municipal Federal Constituency of Kano State.
