Insecurity: Buhari’s Govt ‘Worse Worst’ – Oyedepo
The Founder and President of Living Faith Church Worldwide aka ‘Winners Chapel’, Bishop David Oyedepo, has again fired salvos at the administration of President Muhammadu Buhari, describing it as the ‘worse-worst’ thing that ever happened to Nigeria.
He said without any hesitation, the current government remains Nigeria’s worst nightmare since independence.
According to the man, referred to as Africa’s richest preacher by many, the current faltering state of the nation is not surprising given the warnings God gave before the 2015 general elections that brought President Buhari into office.
Speaking matter-of-factly at the impartation Service of Shiloh 2021 on Saturday, December 11, Bishop Oyedepo said the insecurity and economic challenges facing the country are wholly on the government and its agents due to their clearly misguided policies and plans.
The Clergy said having already warned Nigerians against electing the government, current negative happenings that have turned Nigeria into a killing field for terrorists, bandits and other criminal elements were at the least surprising and unexpected.
He said; “I have never suffered one sleepless night on the issues of this nation, but what God tells me to say, I say it clearly, unashamedly and unperturbed. I am at rest at all times.
“I knew this government won’t do Nigeria any good and I told you so from the beginning.
“The ‘worse-worst’ thing that has ever happened to this nation is this devilish, murderous government.
“It is retrogressive in every way. But I told you before and I shouted it clearly and never denied it once”.
The Bishop however said the cheering news is that in line with the theme of this year’s Shiloh, ‘More Than A Conqueror’, there is hope for Nigeria as globally recognised personalities and entities would emerge in the country going forward.
