I’ve Not Defected To SDP, Says Fani-Kayode

The former Minister of Aviation and Director of Publicity to President Goodluck Jonathan Campaign in 2015, Chief Femi Fani-Kayode, has debunked news story that he has defected to the Social Democratic Party (SDP).

Describing the report as social media gossip, Fani-Kayode said, “”Reports that Chief Femi Fani-Kayode, the former Minister of Aviation, has left the PDP and joined the SDP are false. Such reports are nothing, but social-media gossip and fake news put out by disgruntled elements working for the Buhari administration.”

Signed by his special assistant on Social Media, Bisi Olawunmi, the statement said of the reports; “They are best ignored and treated with the contempt that they deserve”.
