JUST IN: Bandits Abduct Kaduna First Class Chief, Kpop Ham

Dare devils armed bandits on Monday abducted one of the First Class Chiefs in Southern Kaduna, His Royal Highness, Danladi Gyet Maude, the Kpop Ham of Jaba land.

The 83years old traditional ruler was abducted in his farm situated along the Kwoi-Keffi highway in the company of some of his security aides. The kidnappers who invaded the farm on foot at about 2:00pm, took only the Chief leaving his aides behind.

Members of the family of the traditional ruler known for his peaceful nature, are concerned over how the bandits expect the elderly traditional ruler to be able to trek the distance that they may want him to cover on foot.

The Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), for the Kaduna State Command, ASP Muhammed Jalige has said that the command is in touch with the Nasarawa State command on the matter.
The kidnappers are yet to make any contact with any member of the family of the palace.
