The Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the North Central Development Commission (NCDC), Dr. Cyril Yiltsen Tsenyil, has described the President of the Court of Appeal, Justice Monica Dongban-Mensem as an outstanding jurist, a distinguished daughter of the North Central region, and a shining example of integrity, excellence, diligence and commitment to the cause of justice.
De Tsenyil, who stated this in a birthday message to Justice Dongban-Mensem on behalf of the Governing Board, management and staff of the NDCD, rejoiced with Justice Dongban-Mensem on the occasion of her 69th birthday anniversary.
He noted that throughout her illustrious career on the Bench, Justice Dongban-Mensem demonstrated exceptional leadership, courage and professionalism, earning the respect of the legal community and Nigerians across all walks of life.
Tsenyil said; “Her remarkable contributions to the development of the judiciary and the strengthening of democratic institutions continue to inspire younger generations, especially women aspiring to leadership positions”.
The NCDC Chief Executive also commended Justice Dongban-Mensem’s unwavering dedication to justice, fairness and national service, saying that her as a worthy ambassador of Plateau State, the North Central region and Nigeria as a whole.
Tsenyil prayed for her continued good health, wisdom, strength and divine guidance as she marked another year of God’s faithfulness as well as she continues to serve the nation and humanity.
The NCDC expressed joy in joining her family, friends, colleagues and well-wishers in celebrating this milestone and wished her many more years of fruitful service and fulfillment.
