Man Utd Offers Pogba £400k-a-Week Pay
English Premiership side, Manchester United are set to make French International, Paul Pogba their highest-paid player to ward off interest from other clubs, especially Ligue 1 big boys, Paris Saint-Germain (PSG).
Club sources said the Red Devils, who emerged runners-up in last season’s Europa League competition, have offered the midfielder a £400,000-per-week, five-year deal in order to keep him at Old Trafford.
The massive offer would make Pogba the best-paid player at the Theatre of Dreams, surpassing David de Gea’s £375,000 weekly pay package.
The World Cup winner has one year left on his current contract, and PSG are keen to snap him up on a free transfer next summer if no new deal is agreed on between him and the Manchester club.
