Muslim-Muslim Ticket: Shettima Procures APC Officials To Suspend Me – Sen Abbo Says
Senator Ishaku Abbo, representing Adamawa North senatorial distric in the National Assembly, on Wednesdy said that the Muslim Muslim ticket of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has seriously nosedived to witch-hunting and personal attacks of some members of the party.
Abbo particularly accused the vice presidential candidate of the APC, Senator Kashim Shettima of hiring someparty members in Adamawa state to suspend him.
He said that Shettima has chosen the path of fighting him unnecessarily instead of engaging the ‘people whose mandate he stole’.
He also said that Shettima is only working hard to procure party men to fight those who are against his immoral quest for power, adding that the APC vice presidential candidate has engaged himself in releasing old pictures with Catholic Bishops as proof of his endorsements of Christians.
In the words of Abbo; “From the mobilization of fake Bishops, Shettima now goes about crude intimidation of torch bearers of truth, those who love the party sincerely.
“An insider in APC intimated me that Kashim Shettima has paid Mohammed Abdulĺahi, Mustapha Ribadu, Saidu Naira, Jafar Haske, and many to perfect my removal from APC in Yola today”.
Abbo however assured that he is battle ready to face Shettima thus, warned the former governor of Borno State to call his agents to order or they will fight without having a victory.
