Ondo 2020: APC UK Chieftain Canvasses Support For Akeredolu’s Running Mate, Aiyedatiwa

BY SEGUN ADEBAYO – A United Kingdom (UK)-based Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bolaji Odidi, has urged the people of Ilaje Local Government Area of Ondo State to massive queue behind Lucky Aiyedatiwa, the running mate of Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, come October 10, 2020 gubernatorial election in the State.
Aiyedatiwa hails from Obe – Ila in Ilaje Local Government Area and Odidi said success at the poll for APC and Akeredolu would afford the area an opportunity to produce a deputy governor for the first time in the history of the state.
Odidi, who made the call on his Twitter handle while reeling out benefits of such support to the people of the coastal area, described the politician as consistent and loyal party man, who is a round peg in a round hole.
He congratulated Aiyedatiwa for being picked as the governor’s running mate, noting that having served in the defunct Alliance for Democracy (AD) and Action Congress (AC), there is no better hand to be chosen than him.
According to the APC Stalwart, “I have no doubt in my mind that he will right all the wrongs in Ondo South in general and Ilaje in particular” on the joint ticket with Governor Akeredolu.
