PDP Crisis: It’s Time Wike Stop Acting Like A Talking Drum – Kazeem
…Says, Atiku will win in Rivers, Benue and Cross River
The founder of ‘Atiku 100 percent,’ Mr. Tanimu Kazeem said that the 2023 election is not about any governor but, about what the people stand which is the competency of Atiku Abubakar.
Kazeem said that the feedback particularly from Benue, Cross River and Rivers States are clear enough that Atiku will win convincingly and victoriously.
This was as Kazeem stressed that it is time for Governor Nyesom Wike to stop acting like a talking drum and support the Atiku presidential ambition, stressing that what matters at the moment is how Atiku will defeat other political parties and not party issues.
He particularly advised Governor Wike to get consultants to carry out an opinion poll to enable him know that he is fast loosing relevance as the people are no longer taking him serious or listening to him anymore, adding that as the elections draws nearer, his influence would further diminish.
Kazeem, who stated these while chatting with journalists shortly after paying a condolence visit to former President of the Senate, David Mark over the death of his son, Tunde, said that in spite of the dissatisfaction of Governor Wike of Rivers State, Atiku will win in convincingly in Rivers, Cross Rivers, and Benue States based on his competency and popularity.
In the words of Kazeem; “I can assure you that the PDP presidential candidate, Atiku will win victoriously in Rivers, Cross Rivers, Oyo and Benue States despite the issues they are having currently.
“I also do know that at the moment, there are talks ongoing and at the end of the day, those governors will work for the PDP at the National level.
“Wike can’t dictate for the people of Cross Rivers because we have the likes of former Governor of the State, Senator Liyel Imoke, who command the respect and love of the people, unlike Wike.
“I can also assure you that Wike can only influence the Benue governor and not the people of Benue because the leaders of the political class in Benue, the likes of Senator Gabriel Suswam a former governor, Senator David Mark, who was the Senate President, Senator Abba Moro, and Sen Iyorchia Ayu, the PDP National Chairman are fully with Atiku and they have the support of the people of Benue with them.
“In Rivers State, we have former Minister of Transport, Dr. Abiye Sekibo, Justice Agumagu Peter, and Senator Barry Mpigi, who are strong supporters of Atiku that commands the people’s support in Rivers State, unlike Wike.
“Atiku has millions of supporters in Rivers State that have a natural love for him based on his antecedents. Wike being a governor in Rivers State doesn’t determine the fate of Atiku in Rivers, Cross River and Benue states.
“Though he has followers, there are also millions of people in those states that he cannot dictate to on who they should support,” he stressed.
