The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Governors’ Forum chaired by Senator Bala Mohammed, who is the governor of Bauchi State, is shopping for an exparte order to allow for the conveying and hosting of the meeting of the National Executive Committee (NEC), of the Party.
Members of the Forum have approached a Federal High Court sitting in Gusau and presided over by Justice Salim Ibrahim for the job of helping to facilitate the order.
Court documents sighted by this medium showed that the request was made on Tuesday, October 22, 2024 at 8.30am and filed by one Imam Auwal.
The Forum is seeking a special order to ensure the NEC meeting holds to pave way for the PDP Governors have their way in the ongoing feud for the soul of the party.
