President Muhammadu Buhari will on Tuesday, March 30, 2021 proceeds to London, the United Kingdom, for a routine medical check-up.
A terse statement by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Mr Femi Adesina, said that the President is due back in the country during the second week of April, 2021.
The statement did not state if the President transmitted a letter to the National Assembly neither did it state if Vice President Yemi Osinbajo is to act in his two weeks absence.
Adesina however said that the President is expected to first meet with Security Chiefs in the morning before he would embark on the journey.
