Police Arrest 3 Secondary School Students For Rape

Three secondary school students are currently being quizzed by the Police Command in Ondo State for alleged conspiracy and defilement of their 14-year-old colleague.

Confirming their arrest in a statement released on Monday in Akure, the Ondo State capital, the Command’s spokesperson, Superintendent of Police Olufunmilayo Odunlami said; “The suspects are students of Akure High School.”

According to the statement; “They lured a 14-year-old student into the bush at the back of the school gate and gang raped her.”

On steps being taken by the Police, the statement said; “The three suspects are in police custody and will be charged to court after conclusion of our investigations”.
