In his remarks, Secretary to the Commission, Mr. Nwaeze Joseph Okechukwu described RMAFC as one of the nation’s strategic institutions, noting that the training would not only expose the officers to new skill sets but also ensure they acquire productive digital transformation experience.

For him, it is important for every staff to cultivate professionalism in service delivery with the willing to learn, unlearn, and relearn while not neglecting good dressing code, the culture of punctuality, and respect for the work environment.

The PMS Consultant from Reliefline Nigeria Limited, Mr. Emmanuel Ohiro, who praised the Commission’s initiative in his goodwill message, said, “This workshop is a good idea, and I urge you to take it seriously as it will improve your service delivery.”

Organised by the Commission’s Administration and Human Resources Department in collaboration with Reliefline Nigeria Limited, the training, which flagged off on Tuesday, 16th September 2025, will end on Wednesday, 24th September 2025.
