Withdrawal of Security Personnel: It’s A Matter Between Police and DSS – Osun Govt. Says

The Osun State Government has said that the alleged withdrawal of security personnel from Governor Ademola Adeleke was as a result of a minor disagreement between officers of the Department of State Service and the Police.

A statement by the Chief Press Secretary toGovernor Ademola Adeleke, Mallam Olawale Rasheed, stated that the matter has been reported to the headquarters of the two security agencies for resolution, adding that the issue is being sorted out.

Rasheed assured members of the public that there is no cause for alarm, stressing that Governor Adeleke is fully secured and governance is proceeding without let or hindrance in Osun State.
