Akpabio Faces Serious Homefront Crisis, As Sister-In-Law Hits Him Below The Belt

Pastor Pat Akpabio, a sister-in-law to Senator Godswill Akpabio, who is the President of the Senate, has reopened a can of worms over a string of unresolved assassinations that allegedly took place Akwa Ibom State during the tenure of Akpabio as governor.

This was as the firebrand Pat Akpabio challenged Godswill Akpabio to dare and respond publicly to her claims to enable her release more damaging and devasting sordid revelations about his alleged abuse of office and infidelity.

Pastor Pat, who is married to Godswill Akpabio’s brother, Ibanga, pointedly accused the Senate President of being behind series of killings during and after he left office as governor of Akwa Ibom State.

The sister-in-law to Akpabio in a trending video in the social media, accused him of betraying several Akwa Ibom politicians, including the former minister of the Niger Delta Affairs, Umana Okon Umana; ex-APC governorship candidates Nsima Ekere and Akan Udofia; and former YPP candidate, Bassey Albert.

In the video, Pat, who is also an entrepreneur, described Godswill Akpabio as “a very wicked man”, and particularly advised President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to be wary while relating with him.

In the words of Pat Akpabio; “For all the people you (Godswill Akpabio) killed when you were governor of Akwa Ibom and those killed now that you are in the Senate, it will never be well with you”.

Pat is married to Akpabio’s elder brother, Ibanga, who is believed to have played a key role in introducing the President of the Senate to Akwa Ibom politics in the late 1990s by bring him from Lagos and recommended him for appointment as commissioner under former governor, Arc. Victor Attah, a development that opened the floodgate to Akpabio’s wealth.

In the trending video, Pat alleged that Akpabio has a habit of abandoning those who either supported his political journey or assisted him in one way or the other, and warned that the downfall of the Senate President is imminent.

Pat further said; “When you finish, go home. This is your quit notice. Nigerians would soon discover who you truly are”

“I stood by you in 2019 when people wrote all sorts of things against you. Did I collect one kobo from you? Today, you have the audacity to say that you made me,” she stated.

Pat also alleged that Godswill Akpabio accused her husband of murder and theft following the 2019 senatorial election, which he lost, adding that the Senate President wrongly claimed that her husband killed one of his close associates and fled with his money.

She further accused Godswill Akpabio of neglecting his home community, Ukana Ikot Ntuen, which she noted had been without electricity for weeks despite his high-ranking federal position.
