COVID-19: Lagos Leads With 7,103 Cases, 82 Deaths

BY VICTOR OSOWOCHI – Lagos State continues to set the pace as the epicentre of the coronavirus (COVID-19) cases with its figure of 7,103 infections being the highest in the country
According to data released by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) on Sunday, June 14, 2020, Lagos recorded 68 new COVID-19 infections, taking the total number of cases to 7,103 with 1,137 patients so far treated and discharged from various isolation centres across the state.
Having no new deaths reported in the last 24 hours, the NCDC said the fatality toll in the State currently stands at 82 cases.
