Ekiti Traditional Rulers Murder: Security Architecture Being Fortified For Better Outcomes – Tinubu
President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on Tuesday, January 30, 2024 assured Nigerians that the nation’s security architecture is being robustly fortified for better and expected outcomes.
President Tinubu, who gave the assurance while condemning the killing of two traditional rulers in Ekiti State, the Onimojo of Imojo-Ekiti, Oba Olatunde Samuel Olusola, and the Elesun of Esun-Ekiti, Oba David Babatunde Ogunsola, described the incident as “mindless and brutal bloodletting”, and vowed that the perpetrators would not escape justice.
While condoling with the families and subjects of the traditional rulers, Governor Biodun Oyebanji, and the people of Ekiti State on the deeply agonizing development, Tinubu said that it was with grief that he received the news of the killing of the traditional rulers in Ekiti State,
