Lady Halima Who Cut-off Husband’s Organ in Taraba Gives Birth Under Protective Custody
BY AMEH IDUJAGI, JALINGO – Mrs. Halima Ali, 32 years old housewife, who cut-off her husband’s penis in Tella, village, Gassol Local Government Area of Taraba State on Wednesday night gave birth to a bouncy baby boy.
A source at the Specialist Hospital, Jalingo confided in Forefront News Halima was taken to the hospital by the police at about 8.30pm while she put to bed a baby boy at about 11.27 pm. The source said that Halima and the baby are in good health.
However, attempts made to speak with Halima on her hospital bed on Thursday morning did not yield any positive results as the police personnel guiding her, politely turned down the request.
Meanwhile, another source at the Federal Medical Centre, Gombe, where her husband Aliyu Umar, whose penis was cut-off is said to have missed feelings over the news of the new baby boy as he is not in a position to see the new born baby.
Umar, whose condition is said to be critical has been referred to a hospital in India where a surgery is expected to be performed on the sliced off penis with the hope of correcting it.
Towards this end, the family of Umar is frantically running around to see how they can raise the money particularly during this COVID-19 pandemic period.
The source added that members of his family are finding it difficult to raise the needed funds required for the trip thus appealing to the Taraba State government and organisations and spirited individuals to come to their aid.
